Scaling Clinical Logic into Digital Infrastructure.

Technology in healthcare is only as effective as the clinical logic that powers it. My approach as an innovator is not to replace the physician but to scale their expertise.
By serving as both a surgeon and a CTO, I am able to "translate without diluting"—taking the nuanced decision-making of the operating room and architecting it into repeatable, high-performance digital systems.

The CareNexus platform, developed at Arthur Health, represents the shift from static medical records to dynamic recovery systems. As CTO, I lead the development of an architecture that eliminates "hidden cracks" in care by automating the most critical recovery pathways.
My work focuses on the "algorithm-hardware-ethics trinity," ensuring that every technological leap is grounded in clinical relevance and safety.
Our innovation strategy focuses on three core areas to enhance healthcare delivery.
1. Predictive Analytics: Utilizes deep learning to forecast potential complications before they occur, enabling proactive interventions that prevent adverse events and hospitalizations.
2. Workflow Automation: Streamlines complex-care assessments and automates repetitive administrative tasks, reducing clinician burden and allowing providers to focus on high-value clinical decisions.
3. Objective Outcome Measurement: Leverages AI and NLP to identify markers of treatment success within clinical notes, providing quantifiable data that validates patient progress and standardizes excellence.
My leadership in health informatics extends beyond strategy into the hands-on design of platforms that reach millions.
The next step in my work as CTO is the transition from assistive to semi-autonomous reasoning systems. By incorporating predictive health management and real-time task orchestration, we are building a future where technology is a seamless collaborator in the quest to relieve pain and restore function at a global scale.
